Parents, we're in a bit of a pickle w/ the team retreat. I had arranged to rent two mini vans to take to Coeur d'Alene next week but on Friday, my other driver backed out of the trip. At this point we have about 15 wrestlers who would like to attend, but I need a way to get them there. Out options are:
a) Stay w/ plan A and rent two vehicles and find a new driver for the second vehicle. Kids in college are fine, and I can pay them a small amount to make it worth their while.
b) If we can find a larger vehicle (13-15 passenger van, etc) I could drive it w/ most of the boys. I would be willing to give a donation to any church, etc, that would have a larger vehicle that we could borrow.
The dates again for the retreat are July 5-8. We will leave between 8 and 9am on Monday and return in the mid-Afternoon on Thursday.
If you have any suggestions, etc, we would really appreciate it.
