Monday, March 8th the Redmond Olympic Development Program will kick off with a practice at Crook County HS at 6pm. On Mondays we will practice at Crook County HS, on Wednesdays we will have hold practice at Redmond HS and on Thursdays we will alternate between the two schools. Practices run from 6 to 7:30 pm. Wednesdays at Redmond are a designated Scrimmage Night with wrestlers from around Central Oregon invited to come and work out at RHS. You can download a calendar of practices here.
