I’ve had a number of people ask me about the options that our athletes have for weight training in the off season. We have three good options for our all of our athletes, but especially for those who are not in a Spring Sport.
Option 1-CROSSFIT BREAKTHROUGH GRAPPLER SPECIAL www.crossfitbreakthrough.com
· Sport specific classes Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 4:30 pm
· Athletes are also able to take additional classes on Fridays and Saturdays (times vary)
· Cost is $75 per month (unlimited classes)
· Starts March 15th
Option 2-GUY’S GYM (Mr. Millington’s workouts before and after school)
· Mondays @ 6:30 am
· Wednesdays @ 3:30 pm
· Fridays @ 9:30 am
· Summer times TBA
Option 3-CENTRAL OREGON CROSSFIT VARSITY- www.centraloregoncrossfit.com
· Tuesdays and Thursdays @ RHS 6-7 pm
· Session I—March 30th-May 20th (Sessions are limited to the first 32 athletes who register)
· Session II—June 22nd-August 12th
· Cost is $50 per session
